We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

4. Credits, Payment, and Refunds

• New users receive 3 free credits upon signup
• Credits can be purchased through our pricing plans
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as stated below
• Credits do not expire unless your account is terminated

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Pay all applicable fees and taxes
• Stripe's terms of service

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on credit purchases. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your purchase details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use ThumbViz to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Create thumbnails containing hate speech, violence, or explicit content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Distribute malware or engage in malicious activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Share account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to generate excessive thumbnails

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

You retain all rights to thumbnails you generate using ThumbViz. You may use them for any commercial or personal purpose, including on YouTube and other platforms. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

Our Content

The ThumbViz platform, including our logo, design, code, and AI models, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without explicit permission.

AI-Generated Content

Thumbnails are generated using AI technology. While we strive for uniqueness, we cannot guarantee that AI-generated content is entirely original or free from similarity to existing works. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated thumbnails complies with applicable laws.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service "As Is"

ThumbViz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

No Guarantee of Results

While our thumbnails are optimized for YouTube engagement, we make no guarantees about specific click-through rates, views, or channel growth. Results depend on many factors beyond thumbnail design.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThumbViz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months.

9. Account Termination
